The case study describes the experiences of Bristol-based social enterprise Grounds & Gardens when it converted its unpaid service users to paid employees.

The report explores how and why social firms choose organisational structures and, in particular, why few choose to set up as co-operatives.
Social Screening Diagnostic Tool
