The case study describes the experiences of Bristol-based social enterprise Grounds & Gardens when it converted its unpaid service users to paid employees.
Co-operative Social Firms Research Report
The report explores how and why social firms choose organisational structures and, in particular, why few choose to set up as co-operatives.
Social Screening Diagnostic Tool
A tool to help assess the potential of a business to become a social enterprise. It focuses on the quality of employment, workplace support issues and employee development opportunities for this purpose.
