UK: competition launched for youth enterprises
A global call from the University of Oxford asking entrepreneurial young people to submit ideas for innovative social enterprises
The Said Business School at the University of Oxford in the UK has launched a global competition asking entrepreneurial young people – aged between 16-21 – to submit ideas for innovative social enterprises.
The initiative is supported by the Oxford Business Network for Social Entrepreneurship, which brings together social entrepreneurs from the University of Oxford and its extended academic and business communities.
Entries are invited from teams of young people interested in social enterprise and/or with a taste for doing something new and innovative.
With the support of Oxford management students, the best ideas will then be developed by the teams into business plans and submitted for the opportunity to win funding.
