Second Life: Cafè Babel celebrates its 7th anniversary

Cafebabel.com celebrates its 7th anniversary on Second Life. The first ?robot version? of cafebabel.com was launched by Erasmus students in Strasbourg on February 1st 2001. To mark the occasion Café Babel, the first multi lingual media platform in Europe, will be launching a photo exhibition on Second Life. The exhibition, called Vol de language and with pictures by Italian photographer Donato di Bello, aims to depict the mobility and freedom of a generation of young Europeans, the generation that has come to be known as the ?Eurogeneration? – the generation that has experienced first hand the birth of low cost flying, of the Euro and of the Erasmus programme.

This unique celebration will take place online on Second Life, at Avalon Island 6 pm on February 1st 2008.
