Paname, paname, paname

di Filippo Addarii

Finally in Paris. This is the best for a networker in Europe. An ordinary meeting will be given at the office but a really important one at lunch: good restaurant and wine. French are masters in hospitality. Leave them choosing restaurant and wine, speak in French – at least say Merci to thank – and you will get a free meal. But don’t mention the price or make silly comments about unfriendly waiters. Avoid politics but praise the city. No comparison with London. Blame the president and glorify La France.

Never get into a discussion about the identity of the third sector. You won’t survive. Just use third sector, social economy – the definition most of French prefer – social enterprise etc. interchangeably, adding that definitions don’t matter as long as we share the same values.
