Amer Ramusovic, Fund Spokesperson, says that the work on changes and amendments to the previous Rules and Regulations started on initiative of NGOs that work in the area of protection of rights of disabled persons, and on recommendation of the Council on Care for Persons with Disabilities.

A number of organizations protecting the interests of disabled persons, above all the Paraplegic Association, the Association of Blind and Visually Impaired, the Association of Parents of Children with Impaired Development, and others took active part in the preparation of changes and amendments.

Ramusovic adds that the Fund aims to help the persons with disabilities and to facilitate their daily needs in terms of education, employment, etc, giving its contribution to meeting and satisfaction of their needs.
