Latvia: Risk Capital Funds in the national program.
Latvian Guarantee Agency (LGA): there are three risk capital funds established under the national program Risk Capital Financing being funded by the state and EU Structural Funds
The Latvian Guarantee Agency (LGA) informs that there are three risk capital funds established under the national program ?Risk Capital Financing? being funded by the state and EU Structural Funds ? ZGI fonds, that is managed by LLC Za??s gaismas invest?cijas, the second – Eko fonds, managed by JSC Eko Investors, and INVENTO, managed by LLC TechVentures Fondu Vad?bas Komp?nija. These funds shall invest in small and middle-sized companies with high growth potential and added value by investing in equity capital of the company or granting it in a way of finance instruments connected with equity capital, as a result of what the additional financing is used for extension of current business and development of new products and technologies. LGA invites all concerned private investors to apply for taking part in newly established funds. We draw your attention that the minimal amount of deposit in a fund is 50 000 LVL.
