WWF Italy now has a ?new? channel. New because even though radios have been around for a while, this one is online, it is green and it fuses environmental concern and music. Radio WWF Italy seeks a heterogeneous public made up of web users and the digital generation.
The well known NGO?s radio shows include a daily news service and, as WWF Italy?s director of communications explains, the aim ?is not to copy other, well established national radios? but rather to give voice to those points of view and voices that don?t usually make it onto the traditional ?waves?. Everyday people, environmental experts and those who have followed WWF in its many adventures talk about their thoughts on biodiversity, nature and the environment. A special section dedicated to WWF?s natural oasis that spread across 35 thousand hectares will also help us discover these 130 corners of Italy that WWF works hard to preserve and keep us up to date with the latest events.
