Ammado is the global online community of people who care. It connects  nonprofits and socially engaged individuals dedicated to positive change on a global and local level. Ammado was founded in Dublin in 2005. Since then, the site has developed rapidly and is now available in 12 languages (English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Korean, Japanese, simplified and traditional Chinese) with activities in over 100 countries. www.ammado.com

The Community Foundation for Ireland is an expert donor services and grant-making organisation. It was established in 2000 and is a registered charity. Since then individuals, families, businesses and other institutions have set up charitable funds under the umbrella of The Foundation. The Community Foundation helps people to engage in more effective and rewarding philanthropic activity by connecting donors to the most deserving and impactful causes. Philanthropy Ireland is the Association of independent philanthropic organisations in Ireland, including grant making trusts and foundations. Established in 1998 as a voluntary and informal network called the Funders’ Forum, the organisation assumed a new legal structure in 2004 and changed its name to Philanthropy Ireland. www.philanthropie.ie

Volunteering Ireland is the National Volunteer Development Agency. It aims at promoting voluntary activity in Ireland. it underpins the work of Irish-based overseas development agencies that involve volunteers in their work.

Volunteer Centres Ireland (VCI ) is the national organisation with responsibility for developing volunteering nationally and locally, a mandate approved and supported by the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs. www.volunteer.ie
