The Youth to Business Forum is an event organized by AIESEC  all over the world with the aim of making young leaders, entrepreneurs and experts meet in order to encourage dialogue, sharing of experience and to inspire to action. The final goal is to bring a change in the world and in the future.
Following this scheme, AIESEC Italia organizes the Italy Youth to Business Forum “Innovation gets Italy moving” (“Innovazione: l’Italia che si muove”), that will take place on the 4th of December  at the LUISS University of Rome.
Around 350 students coming from all over Italyare expected to participate in the event.
The Italy Youth to Business Forum, now at its third edition, aims at fostering youth entrepreneurship and  at discussing on how to capitalize on the talent of new generations to bring a positive change in Italy.
“What makes the Forum special are the stories of young entrepreneurs  who put their ideas into practice and are willing to share the way they made it”, says Giancarlo Ostuni, President of AIESEC Italia, and one of the speakers.
“Through the Forum, AIESEC  wants to lead youth in their search for a role enabling  them to answer the urgent need for young leaders who act as protagonists of change in today’s Italy”, adds Giancarlo Ostuni.
This year’s theme will be explored from both the point of view of start-ups such as Talent Garden, Uniants, Green Geek School Education, KIWI and Free Futool and of big Italian and international companies, such as PwC, KPMG and  IE – Business School.  The theme of International mobility will be deepened by KAPLAN,  Agenzia Nazionale per i Giovani and Scambi Europei
Nicola Bonaccini of Eidos Communication, expert in Media Training and Public Speaking, will chair the Forum.
The event will be divided into three different phases: Inspire, Engage and Act. At the beginning of the Forum the students will be inspired by the examples of young startuppers and entrepreneurs “who made it”. Later roundtables and workshops will act as a bridge between companies and participants, in order to encourage a dynamic debate. At the end of the event, networking spaces will stimulate participants to interact and to think about practical steps that can be taken to improve Italy.
