France : Be involved with the Nicolas-Hulot Foundation
Nicolas- Hulot foundation launched a call: "Mother earth is in danger and all its citizens could challenge the situation by committing themselves to save energy all along their daily life".

Once upon a time there was a single man travelling all around the planet and making films for the French TV. As a Batman of a new era, Nicolas Hulot was astonishing all the generations by his show and the meaning of his campaigning : mother earth will not survive and what you see is vanishing. One day, this middle-age guy decided to create a fundation and to launch a call to all French citizens. With the support of the public control-energy agency ? ADEME-, Nicolas- Hulot foundation set up a register to count the number of people keen to make a commitment for the preservation of the planet. And it works. According to the last available statistics, half a million of citizens declare to prefer to take a shower than a bath, to drive slowly and to use water properly. Although sustainable development is not only protection of environment, it has to be said that the Hulot message is quite well understood. What will be the step further ? www.defipourlaterre.org
