The European Disability Forum (EDF) has called for women with disabilities to be included in EU gender policies. The EDF have pointed out that women with disabilities face multiple discrimination, making them among the most marginalized and excluded citizens in Europe. Lack of coordination between gender equality and disability policies were highlighted as an issue that needed to be noticed more by policy makers. www.edf-feph.org
