Sustainability, innovation and diversity in Italy: what is the role of the youths?
It is with this question that AIESEC Italia invites young people to participate to AIESEC Connection Day on 12 December 2012. Sponsored by the Italian Ministry for International Cooperation and Integration, the event is an opportunity for university students and companies, as well as non-profits, to exchange experiences, to share ideas and interact. AIESEC Connection Day is the most important event of Employer Branding and Talent Attraction that AIESEC Italy offers to companies.

AIESEC is the world's largest student-run organization. Since its foundation in 1948 AIESEC has been focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, operating in favor of international mobility with the aim of bringing peace and favoring the full development of human potential. With more than 64 years of history, AIESEC has produced over 1 million alumni since it was founded. The AIESEC Alumni platform is the biggest Global Alumni Network in the world.
AIESEC Connection Day 2012, that will take place at Rome University LUISS Guido Carli, will deal with such issues as Innovation, Diversity, Environmental and Food Sustainability. These issues will be addressed by companies and multinationals representatives, as well as nonprofit sector representatives who, through workshops and telling the stories of their winning projects of corporate social responsibility, will start an open dialogue with the students, coming from all over Italy, who will attend the event.
Among companies and speakers who have confirmed their presence there are : UniCredit, Pwc, KPMG, Danone, Cesvi, Gruppo Maurizi, Donne al Volante, ItaliaCamp, Green Cross Italia, U-Start, Libera, Elica.
Chiara Palieri, 21, who has been recognized as one of the most influential young leaders in Europe, will be the guest of honor and will be closing the event.
