33 Needs a crowdfunding platform that allows you to do good and make profit

Doing good and making profit seems to be possible, thanks to 33 Needs, the crowdfunding website completely dedicated to social enterprises. Created by social entrepreneur Josh Tetrick , this crowfunding platform represents a chance to succeed for many social enterprises. The idea comes from a period Tetrick spent in Kenya, working for the United Nations, while he was a law student at the University of Michigan. During that time, he said he met “hundreds of entrepreneurs” who had great ideas but did not have access to capital.
“We are the only platform that enables ordinary people to invest, make social impact, and earn a return,” Tetrick said. As a matter of fact 33 Needs has nothing to do with charity, because investors are asked and offered the chance to make a personal and emotional connection with a company, and are given a reward by the companies that are crowdfunding, while the social entrepreneurs promise that they will use the money invested to make their projects grow.
Are you a social entrepreneur and don’t have a capital to invest ? Or do you have a (small) amount of money you’d like to invest into something meaningful? Then you should probably check this out.
