Switzerland medieval? It is when it comes to equal rights, says the ZSL centre for independent living, a local organisation that empowers people with disabilities. The ZSL is currently fighting to secure funds for the national «invalid insurance», now in grave deficit, and pushing for a legal framework that would grant funds to cover some of the expenses of personal assistance.
