As of next year, French residents from less-developed countries will have an incentive to invest in their own countries

According to a public/private agreement signed on the 11th September between the State and the Caisse d?Epargne group, some 1,4 million people originating from LDC's will be encouraged to create a co-development banking account. This facility aims to transfer the savings of migrant more easily while contributing to project development in less-developed countries.
The account owners will benefit from fiscal incentives up to 50 000 euros.
On a general basis, co-development policies are more and more seen as new providers for fair co-operation between countries and societies. This new financial package is expected to boost the banking system as a whole to support migrant's flows towards economic activities overseas.
