ITALY: Unicredit launches the area bonds

The Unicredit bank is giving one bilion of euro paying in advance credits for the little enterprises of crafts. Roberto Nicastro, Managing Director of Unicredit Bank and Roberto Villa, President of Fedart Fidi, started the operation called ?Bond dei Territori?. For Nicastro this tool will be able to respond to the two principals concerns of the little enterprises after the coming into force of the Basilea2: more difficulties of access to credits and more cost in financing. Single financing will be supply by Unicredit Bank at better conditions than the ones of the market, with a period of amortization of five years. Every loan can varies from a minimum of 15 thousands of euro to a maximum of 1 milion of euro and will have different kind of destinations: productive investments, expenditures for technological innovation and company?s recapitalization. www.unicreditbanca.it
