UK: Regeneration & Renewal Awards 2007

Regeneration & Renewal magazine ? an UK publication that covers community renewal and economic development ? has launched the Regeneration & Renewal Awards to recognise and reward projects and enterprises that have achieved positive change for the places and communities most in need.
The awards are open to the public, private and third sector and will include individual awards for ‘lifetime achievement in regeneration’, ‘young regeneration practitioner of the year’, and ‘leadership in regeneration’. They will also recognise the achievements of the ‘community-led organisation of the year’.
The presentation ceremony will take place during September, and any enterprises or individuals that wish to submit themselves for an award need to do so before May 2007.
